NATHAN HALL IS A 50%FOUNDING OWNER & DESIGNER FOR WHOM FRANK STILL OWES NATE 50 MILLION SHARES IN A PRIVATE AGREEMENT AND OVER 200K IN ACTUAL STOCK LOSS OF WHICH THE COMPANY IS LIABLE FOR.
Gold was found and verified. Frank approved all contracts. Frank stopped paying his bills and screwed everyone and spent the money for the company on his ex-wife's (Lisa) friends' companies causing many people to not get paid and work was performed and actually got people hurt from his failed promises/agreements.
Frank is criminally culpable and has caused stock manipulation in the loss of hundreds of hundreds of thousands of dollars to Nathan Hall and has tried to extort in writing Nathan for his legally owned shares that were purchased with a wire transfer and verified.
